About us
Long Deco | Tec Diving Academy
Long Deco is a diving centre focused on developing technical divers and training future instructors. We specialise in advanced diving courses and put real competence first, not just the next certificate. We work with divers who want to grow in demanding environments, and with people preparing for the role of instructor and for responsibility for others. Our instructors run every course across Poland and Europe, including at your club or dive centre.
For us, training is a process built on precision, understanding and high standards. We don’t teach set patterns. We teach informed decisions, control and teamwork. We draw on several training systems and diving environments to build one consistent approach that prepares you for real challenges, in technical diving and in instructing alike.
The team is made up of active technical divers, instructors and explorers who work in demanding environments every day, from decompression and cave dives to exploration and documentation projects. Each of us brings a specialty, and we share one thing: a high level of awareness, precise work and full responsibility for what we do underwater.
Standards are not theory or a marketing slogan. They are practices we apply at every stage of training, from dive planning and equipment configuration to teamwork and communication underwater. We teach from experience gained in real conditions, so our students learn not only “how” but above all “why”. This builds divers and instructors who are ready for challenges, not just for passing a course.

Marek
Scuba TEC | REC Instructor
I teach divers to combine passion with knowledge and humility, so they discover the underwater world safely and with respect for nature.
Marek is a PADI technical and recreational diving instructor who introduces others to conscious, safe diving with real passion. He runs complete courses matched to each student’s level and goals, from the first breaths underwater to advanced decompression dives.
He built his experience over many years on a demanding path through technical diving. Today he works with beginners and with divers preparing for ambitious deep dives, with an emphasis on independence, awareness and precision.
He has dived in Poland and around the world, from lakes, quarries and Baltic wrecks to tropical reefs and ocean depths. That experience shapes practical, realistic training.
His work combines professionalism, passion and deep respect for the environment. His aim is not only to teach technique but to build conscious divers who understand the underwater world and truly feel it.

Aneta
Scuba REC Instructor
Working with children gives me the most joy. Their smiles underwater are the best reward an instructor can get.
Aneta started diving in 2018 with a Discover Scuba Diving program, and from then on the underwater world became her passion and her way of life. In 2025 she earned her instructor rating and began teaching others, which she had wanted for a long time.
2024 was a turning point. Together with Long Deco she moved from recreational diver to professional. Today she passes on her knowledge and experience to students and creates an atmosphere of safety and trust. She works with each student individually and builds skills deliberately.
Teaching children and teenagers has a special place in her work. That is where the change is easiest to see: from uncertainty to confidence and ease underwater.
Aneta keeps developing in technical diving too. She values precision, responsibility and continuous improvement. For her, diving is more than a passion. It is a place of silence, focus and complete calm below the surface.

Bat, Bartłomiej Trzciński
GUE Instructor, TEC Instructor
Teaches the way they dive: precisely, mindfully, demandingly.
Bat is the only GUE instructor in Poland and an active technical diver for whom standards, precision and awareness are the foundation of every dive. As a GUE T2 diver he specialises in demanding environments, from cold water and Baltic wrecks to advanced exploration and documentation projects.
He is co-owner of Dive House Baltic, a trainer at Tecline Academy and a DAN instructor. Every day he combines teaching with testing and developing dive equipment, building solutions for real problems underwater.
He co-founded Ghost Diving Poland and manages digital media at the Ghost Diving Foundation. He takes an active part in international projects on environmental protection, wreck exploration and photogrammetry. His experience covers both diving and documentation at the highest level.
In his courses he focuses on consistency, understanding and the high GUE standards. He trains divers who are aware, precise and ready to work in demanding conditions, always with full control and responsibility.
