About us
LongDeco | Tec Diving Academy
LongDeco is a diving center focused on the development of technical divers and the training of future instructors. We specialize in advanced diving training, emphasizing the development of real-world competencies, not just acquiring certifications. We work with divers who want to develop their skills in demanding environments, as well as with those preparing for the role of instructor and responsibility for others.
We understand training to be a process based on precision, understanding, and high standards. We don’t teach formulas—we teach informed decision-making, control, and teamwork. We combine experiences from various training systems and diving environments, creating a cohesive approach that prepares you for real-world challenges—both in technical diving and instructing.
The team is comprised of active technical divers, instructors, and explorers who operate in demanding environments every day—from decompression and cave dives to exploration and documentation projects. Each team member brings their own specialization, but we share one thing: a high level of awareness, precision, and full responsibility for what we do underwater.
The standards aren’t theory or marketing buzzwords—they’re real-world practices that we apply to every aspect of training: from dive planning and equipment setup to teamwork and underwater communication. We train based on experience gained in real-world conditions, so our students learn not only the “how,” but also, and more importantly, the “why.” This approach builds divers and instructors who are prepared for challenges, not just for passing the course.
LongDeco is a place for those who want to reach the next level—as divers and instructors.

KATE – Katarzyna Gapska
Scuba REC Instruktor
Working with children gives me the greatest joy – their smiles underwater are the best reward for an instructor.
Kasia (KATE) began her diving adventure in 2018 during the Discover Scuba Diving program – from that moment on, the underwater world became her passion and way of life. In 2025, she earned her instructor certificate, fulfilling her dream of teaching others.
2024 was a breakthrough year for her – with LongDeco / DiveQuest, she embarked on an intensive journey from recreational diver to professional. Today, she shares her knowledge and experience with students, creating an atmosphere of safety and trust. She prioritizes individualized attention and conscious development of underwater skills.
Training children and young people holds a special place in her work – this is where true transformation is most often seen: from uncertainty to self-confidence and freedom underwater.
Kasia (KATE) is also constantly developing her technical diving skills. She values precision, responsibility, and continuous improvement. For her, diving is more than just a passion – it is a space of silence, concentration and complete harmony beneath the surface.
